region, preparing them for the job market and entrepreneurship.
The

Farming, Tailoring, and Culinary Arts.
Among
them, 153 are women and 79 are men, all equipped with new skills and abilities
that enable them not only to seek employment but also to start their own
businesses and contribute to the economic and social development of their
communities.
During
the ceremony, the newly graduated students expressed great joy and satisfaction
upon completing the courses, which represent the culmination of a learning
cycle that integrated both theoretical and practical training, preparing them
for professional life and the job market.
The
Administrator of Montepuez District, Isaura Máquina, attended the ceremony and
took the opportunity to encourage the graduates to maintain hope and
determination despite the challenges they may face in the job market.
In
her speech, she emphasized the importance of technical training as a means of
ensuring the livelihood and well-being of families, as well as encouraging the
graduates to apply the knowledge they have acquired in an innovative and
entrepreneurial manner.
Isaura
Máquina highlighted that "Acredita Emprego" is a crucial initiative
for transformation, as it not only prepares young people for formal jobs but
also strengthens the culture of entrepreneurship, which is essential for
creating new income opportunities and reducing poverty.
The
program, which aims to equip young people with the technical skills demanded by
the market, has been a response to the need to train qualified professionals in
fields where the province has significant growth potential. The training of
these new technicians not only strengthens the local job market but also
contributes to economic stability and improvements in the quality of life in
Cabo Delgado, which has faced development challenges due to insecurity and
other regional factors.
The
graduation ceremony was marked by an atmosphere of optimism and hope, with the
graduates eager to put into practice what they have learned and, in doing so,
improve their own lives and those of their communities.
"Acredita
Emprego" is seen as one of the main initiatives for youth empowerment and
promoting entrepreneurship in the region, standing out as an important step
toward a more prosperous and stable future for the youth of Montepuez and the entire
