Over the weekend, young people and residents
of Insaca town, in the Mecanhelas
district of Niassa province, participated in a health fair organized by the District Youth Council (CDJ). The
main goal of the event was to promote good health.
The fair featured a variety of activities and
services, including aerobic exercise,
HIV testing, blood pressure checks, and information on contraceptive methods. Blood donation was also a key
part of the event.
The president of the CDJ, Zimire Manuel, explained that "the initiative is part of the activities planned by the council for the current year."
Several participants who attended the event praised the initiative for its positive impact on health. One participant highlighted the importance of donating blood to save lives.The event took place in the courtyard of the
