The Municipal Council of the Town of Metangula has taken a significant step toward improving public service delivery with the official recruitment of 90 new employees. The induction ceremony took place at the beginning of this week, under the leadership of the Mayor, Paulo Chicomaussico.
The new group consists of 90 employees, including 60 men and 30 women, selected to strengthen administrative and municipal infrastructure sectors.
With this addition, the municipality now includes highly qualified professionals in Architecture, Public Works, Economics and Management, Accounting and Auditing, as well as specialists in Information Technology (IT) and Tourism.
The reinforcement also extends to carpenters, plumbers, electricians, masons, mechanics, drivers, and support staff such as cooks and assistants. (David Muianga)
