Cabo Delgado experience a price hike for all essential goods due to the destruction of the EN1

Pemba, the capital city of Cabo Delgado province, is not only facing a fuel shortage due to the destruction of the Meconta bridge and other locations in Nampula, but it may also see a rise in the prices of basic necessities.

Several cars and trucks are stranded along the road, unable to cross the bridge to the other side, which disrupts the transportation of goods from Nampula to Cabo Delgado, because Jude cyclone devastation
